I called yesterday about my laptop and Abi allowed me to come in so that he could look at it. I really need my laptop for work, so it was extremely important that I get it fixed. He looked at it, diagnosed what was wrong and said he could fix it and have it done by the next day. His pricing was good and he had my laptop ready and fixed for me to take to work the next day. Eastern is amazing - my Macbook Air's screen decided to stop working in the middle of coordinating a large event while traveling in Vegas, and I was able to call Eastern and confirm they keep Mac products in stock. Abi is an amazing person at fixing laptops. My laptop wasn’t working and Abi fixed it! My laptop was too slow, had to be charged to use it, and wouldn’t update and Abi fixed it in no time. It’s so hard when your computer turns off or something’s wrong with it but you’re not sure what it is. Especially since you work from your computer a lot. This is the first call that I made and he was such a big help. Right on top of it I told him what was wrong with my Desktop and he said come and drop it off. Noticed a few weeks ago that my battery needed service. Wasn’t ready to upgrade my MacBook Pro, so searched online for a local repair company to replace the battery.
